We believe in honesty and openness with our clients. To that end, these are our private rates for the services that are offered. Many of our services can be billed to your insurance. If you choose to use insurance, we are happy to verify your coverage benefits and eligibility prior to your first session. Also, if you are in need of a payment plan, we take this on a case by case basis and your therapist will be happy to discuss options that work for you.

Phone Consultation

This service happens when you call to set up services and when your therapist reaches out to set up your first appointment. This service is typically about 15 minutes long. You will be asked about basic demographic information and your reason for seeking therapy. This is the first step of making sure you are paired with the right therapist to provide you the best support in your journey.

Price: Free

First Session (Individual/Couple/Family)

This session is all about getting to know each other. Your therapy experience will be unique to you. This is where collaboration begins. As you meet with your therapist, you will have the opportunity to begin exploring goals that you have for personal growth within yourself and how you interact with the world around you. We will talk about your experiences up to this point as a point of reference so that your therapist and you can start mapping out a direction that best suits your specific needs. Most sessions last about 50-60 minutes.

Price: $160 per session

Follow-Up Sessions (Individual/Couple/Family)

This is where you and your therapist get to take a deep dive into the issues that are creating so much distress in your life. Your therapist will provide a safe and secure alliance with you that is supportive and empowering for you to reach your goals within yourself and in your important relationships. This work is not always easy, but can be transformational. These services are specifically catered to your personal needs. The frequency of these sessions will be something you will want to discuss with your therapist based on what you need and what works best for you. These sessions last about 50-60 minutes.

Price: $160 per session.

No Show/Late Cancellation

We make you the priority. With that being said, we will never double book clients or require long wait times for your sessions. This means that when you schedule an hour with your therapist, that hour belongs to you and will not be given to anyone else. We do understand that life happens and sometimes you may not be able to keep an appointment. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments that are not communicated with the therapist in a timely manner will result in a no show/late cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to bill insurance for this expense.
